Soccer is an exciting, exciting and fun
game. It is easy to learn, as well as a great way to exercise. But
football is a contact sport, and injuries can occur. To stay as safe as
possible while playing football, follow these tips.

Make sure your team has a coach who emphasizes
safe play and fair play, both in games and in training. This includes
following national rules on whether it is allowed to head the ball and, if so,
how often it is possible to head. Heading the ball can lead
to concussions, as well as neck injuries.

To prevent possible injuries while playing
football, players should:
· Have
a medical-sports review before starting to practice this sport.
· Check
the field every time to make sure there are no holes or other obstacles,
including trash and broken glass. Keep replacement balls and equipment
away from the sides of the field before starting to play or train.
· Check
both goals to make sure they are safe. The goals must be well anchored to
the ground, and the posts must be well padded. If the field is wet, use
synthetic and non-absorbent balls. Leather balls can absorb a lot of water
and become very heavy, increasing the risk of injury.
·
Remove
any piercing or jewel before playing or training.

·
Preheat
and stretch always before training or starting a match.
·
Learn
and use appropriate techniques, especially when they head the ball.
· Stop
training if you are injured or feel pain. In this case, players should be
evaluated by a coach, monitor, doctor or nurse before returning to the football
field.

· Stay
well hydrated, especially on hot sunny days, drinking plenty of fluids
before, during and after games and workouts.
· Know
the team plan in case of emergency.
· Practice
several different types of sports throughout the year to prevent
possible overload injuries.
