Bill Shankly:
He was one of the most famous and respected coaches of British football, took Liverpool FC to the top in the English League, and managed to achieve many successes in Europe. Shankly took over as coach of Liverpool FC when he was in the English second division and was promoted in his second year. With Shankly, the club won 3 English League Championships, 2 FA cups and 1 UEFA cup. He resigned in 1974 after the FA Cup Final and passed away in 1981.
