It was the result of a great debate between the league president, the league medical committee and several German politicians, " he said. .

The former player and today leader of the German team told about the measures that Bayern will take, which will happen if there are positive cases in the teams and the logistics in the stadium.
  • Two tests before restarting workouts
"The green light depends on organizational constraints. Each team had to undergo two coronavirus tests last week, and in the case of Bayern Munich , fortunately, both came out negative. So no one is conditioned by this terrible virus. Since Sunday our team is concentrating in quarantine until this Saturday, then we will travel to Berlin in a crankcase flight. Only the technical staff will go on board.
  • What will the return to the stadiums be like?
"At an organizational level, spectators are not allowed in the stadium , nor around it. Only those people who enable television broadcasting, 10 journalists and other professionals up to 236 people will have access to the venue".
  • Coronavirus tests every week
"The medical conditions are strict. Every week our players and the coaching staff will undergo tests. If a player or a technician tests positive, the decision will depend on the health institutions of each regional government or city. In our case, it will decide Munich what would happen.
  • What if there are new positive cases?
"The decision made by the League is as follows. If something similar happens to Dresden, who cannot play due to a decision of the local health authorities will have to postpone said matches. Hopefully everyone will be careful and responsible with medical protocols, which is the most important thing. We are doing a kind of quarantine in two phases."
  • Those who tested positive will be removed from the team
"We had a case in Cologne two weeks ago in which two players tested positive . Local authorities decided that these players should be removed from the team and quarantined. The rest of the team was able to train and prepare for this weekend's game".
  • Are players concerned about their health safety?
"We stopped the competition in mid-March. The information that came to us from Shanghai helped us a lot in our position. We have an office there. As you know, China was the first country in the world to face the coronavirus and we immediately started to take action when German political institutions decided to stop playing football. We prepared our coaches, coaches to work at home with the players. No player was too critical of the return of the Bundesliga in a vital situation".
